I have frequent mood swings. Any help is appreciated. I have also had 24 surgeries in the past 11 years. I have tried groups, and individual counseling and they didn’t seem to help much. My family supports me with everything I as much as they can. Nothing motivates me unless it’s really nice outside. I would greatly appreciate any help that my doctor hasn’t been giving me. I think different medications may help but the doctor I was seeing no longer is taking my insurance as of this year. Looking for new doctors now. I’m trying to start a new relationship and I don’t want my bipolar to stop that from progressing the way it should.
